基于LBS的GIS车辆监控系统的研究与实现 北京工业大学 高海辉 ghh@ 摘要 随着3G技术的发展，LBS以其鲜明的移动性、实用性、即时性和认证性，将进一步得到应用，其将会促进汽车导航等众多传统产业的精确信息化管理。 本系统在“北京市拔尖创新人才计划”的支持下，研究的目的是在现有移动通信网络的基础上，利用新兴的蜂窝移动定位技术及移动通信技术获取目标移动终端的位置信息，并结合GIS而构建基于位置的服务（LBS，Location Based Service）。基于上述LBS的基础上，系统结合广电总局下属有线电视部门的需求，开发一套基于LBS的GIS车辆监控系统，完成的工作包括： 在分析LBS移动定位平台的基础上设计了Le协议接口模块；实现“点到点”的路径匹配算法及“轨迹重采样”的轨迹回放算法；完成整个车辆监控中心的设计，主要包括数据存储、地图投影、路径匹配、动态跟踪、轨迹回放和地图操作等模块；实现系统的实际工程应用部署，定位精度在百米左右，达到企业级应用。 关键词：移动定位业务，车辆监控系统，地理信息系统，3G Abstract With 3G technology is developing, LBS with distinctive mobility, practicality, immediate and authentication, will be further applied. With the support of Beijings top-level creative professionals plan, the purpose of the study is Construction of Location Based Service. LBS is take advantage of the emerging cellular mobile positioning technology and mobile communication technology on the basis of the existing mobile communications network to acquisition target mobile terminal position information. On the basis of LBS, the paper development of a GIS-based LBS Vehicle Monitoring System with the State Administration of Radio affiliated cable sector demand. The paper completed the following work: Design the Le agreement Interface Module on the Analysis of Mobile Location Platform; Proposed and implemented the point-to-point path matching algorithm and the Track resampling track intervals Algorithm; Completion of the entire vehicle monitoring center design, which including data storage, map projection, path matching, dynamic tracking, track intervals and maps operation module; The realization of the system engineering applications deployed.
