精品论文 参考文献 冠心病心血管介入治疗的临床疗效探讨 玉林市中医医院 广西玉林市 537000 【摘要】 目的 探讨心血管介入治疗应用于冠心病的临床疗效与安全性评价。方法 回顾我院自2012年3月～2015年4月收治90例冠心病患者临床资料，随机分成观察组与对照组各45例，观察组行心血管介入治疗，对照组行常规药物对症治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率95.6%，高于对照组73.3%，差异具有统计学意义(Plt;0.01)；观察组平均住院时间(5.3plusmn;1.7)d，明显短于对照组的(10.2plusmn;2.2)d, 观察组并发症发生率6.7%(3/45)，明显低于对照组的24.4%(11/45),差异均具有统计学意义(Plt;0.01)。结论 采用心血管介入治疗冠心病具有良好的临床效果,能够缩短患者住院时间，并发症少，缓解患者痛苦，具有较高的有效性与安全性。 【关键词】 心血管介入治疗；冠心病；临床疗效 Clinical effect of interventional therapy for coronary heart disease Yan Zhao Yulin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Yulin, Guangxi, 537,000 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of cardiovascular interventional therapy in coronary heart disease. Methods In our hospital from March 2012 to 2015 April were 90 cases of coronary heart disease patients with clinical data were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 45 cases, observation group underwent cardiovascular interventional therapy, the control group was treated with routine drugs for the symptomatic treatment of, compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Result The treatment group total efficiency rate was 95.6%, higher than that of the control group (73.3%), the difference is statistically significant (P lt; 0.01); in the observation group, the average hospitalization time (5.3 1.7 + D), significantly shorter in control group (10.2 2.2 + D), observation group, the incidence of complications in 3 (6.7%), was significantly lower than that of the control group of 24.4% (11 / 45) compared with statistical significance (P lt; 0.01). Conclusion Cardiovascular intervention in the treatment of coronary heart disease with good clinical effect, can shorten the hospital stay, less complications, ease the pain of patients, with high effectiveness and safety.
