精品论文 参考文献 右美托咪啶在临床麻醉中的应用 王志坚（山东省淄博市高青县人民医院 256300） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨右美托咪啶在临床麻醉中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2014 年9 月~2015 年6 月期间接受手术的患者90 例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各45 例，观察组在临床麻醉中静脉泵注右美托咪啶，对照组在临床麻醉中静脉泵注生理盐水，对比两组患者手术期间平均脉氧饱和度、心率和血压。以及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组患者手术手术期间心率以及动脉压指标水平均优于对照组，对比具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。而平均脉氧饱和度指标水平对比无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。观察组患者术中不良反应发生率（8.9%）明显低于对照组（22.2%），对比具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：右美托咪啶在临床麻醉中的应用效果十分显著，具有良好的镇定安神的作用和效果，有效减少不良反应的发生，有助于手术安全、顺利的进行，建议在临床麻醉中予以推广。 　　【关键词】右美托咪啶；临床麻醉；应用【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-9753（2016）4-0018-02【 abstract 】 objective: to study the right beautiful mi organism application in the clinical anesthesia effect. Conclusion: right beautiful miorganism application in the clinical anesthesia effect is remarkable, has the good function and effect of calming nerves, effectivelyreduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, is helpful to safe and smooth operation, it is recommended to be promoted in clinicalanesthesia.【 key words 】 the right supporting the mi organism; Clini
