In this paper, combined w ith the actua situation of bui ding energy consumption in China, and based on the requirement ana ysis on pub ic bui ding energy consumption monitoring and management system, the structure framew ork of the system was set up, a so the specif ic methods for accessing and transmitting the energy consumption data w ere presented. And then , the softw are p atform for data monitoring, ana ysis, maintenance and management w as deve oped . Fina y, the energy consumption eva uation system and data mining methods w ere discussed. The actua testing resu ts indicated that the system w as safe and re iab e for data transmission, and the management w as convenient. Therefore, the goa of on ine monitoring and dynamic ana ysis of bui ding energy consumption cou d be achieved.
