精品论文 参考文献 妇产科阴道不规则出血40例临床治疗与分析 朱玉琳 山东省寿光市妇幼保健院 摘要：目的 对妇产科阴道不规则出血的临床治疗方法及其病因进行分析探讨。方法 选取2008年3月-2011年8月我院收治妇科不规则阴道出血病例40例，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各20例，给予研究组妇康宝口服液进行治疗，对照组采用止血、消炎药物等普通的临床药物进行治疗，对比分析两组治疗效果。结果 研究组的有效率为90%，其治疗效果明显优于对照组（有效率=60%），两组有效率对比差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。研究组有1例患者治疗期间由于身体不适终止治疗，1例临床症状没有改善。对照组3例患者由于身体不适终止治疗，5例临床症状没有改善。结论 对于妇产科阴道不规则出血的临床治疗，一定要对病情进行全面诊断，采取积极有效的治疗措施。临床上采用妇康宝颗粒治疗可以减少妇科患者阴道出血量以及出血时间，改善阴道不规则出血的临床症状，值得进行临床推广应用。 关键词：妇产科；阴道不规则出血；临床治疗 【Summary 】the purpose carry on an analysis study to clinical treatment method and its cause of disease that the gynecology vagina anomaly bleeds.The method selects by examinations March，2008-my hospital accepts to cure irregular vagina of gynecology to bleed a case in August，201140，random is divided into it to research set and matched control，each 20 for each，give research set Fu Kang the treasure take orally a liquid to carry on a treatment，the matched control adoption stops bleeding，eliminates inflammation the clinical medicine of commonnesses like medicine，etc to carry on a treatment，and the contrast analyzes two sets of treatment effect.Result research set of efficient is 90%，it cures effect to obviously surpass a matched control（is efficient=60%），two sets of efficient contrast difference have a statistics to learn meaning.（Plt;0.05）The research set has a sufferer to cure a period because the body was unwell to terminate a treatment，a clinical symptom didnt improve.Matched control 3 sufferers terminate a treatment because of the unwell body，5 clinical symptoms didnt improve.The conclusion must is to the condition carry on diagnosing completely for the clinical treatment that the gynecology vagina anomaly bleeds and adopt actively effective treatment measure.Is clinical can reduce gynecology up the adoption Fu Kang treasure grain treatment sufferer the vagina bleeds quantity and bleeds time and improves the clinical symptom of vagina anomaly issue of blood，is worth carrying on clinical expansion application. 阴
