索拉非尼治疗进展性肾癌效果评价摘要：目的：探讨索拉非尼治疗进展期肾癌的临床效果，旨在评估索拉非尼应用于肾癌治疗的临床价值。方法：选取2013年3月-2015年2月我院收治的118例进展期肾癌患者为研究对象，按照患者就诊先后顺序分为观察组和对照组，每组59.观察组患者给予索拉非尼治疗，对照组患者采取干扰素a(IFN-a)联合白细胞介素-2（IL-2）交替治疗，比较两组临床有效率和不良反应发生发生率。结果：观察组治疗后总有效率为74.58%(44/59),对照组为47.46%（28/59），两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）;与对照组比较，观察组患者出现手足皮肤病变、腹泻、高血压、乏力、贫血等不良反应发生率较高（74.58%VS44.07%），差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：与IFN-a联合IL-2治疗方案比较，索拉非尼应用于进展期肾癌治疗的总有效率较高，但不良反应发生率也较高，临床上应根据患者需要酌情应用。关键词：索拉非尼；干扰素a;白细胞介素-2；进展期肾癌；临床效果；不良反应Sorafenib treatment of advanced kidney cancer clinical effect assessmentAbstract: objective: to investigate the sorafenib for the treatment of advanced kidney cancer clinical effect, to assess sorafenib is applied to the clinical value of renal cancer treatment.
