Holden By Design – Processes and Contact List Ladies and Gentlemen, Further to the Holden By Design National Bulletin number - 351/02 (5 December 2002), this is additional information for the Victorian Zone Retailers, to assist your staff when dealing with HBD. The attached information should be forwarded to relevant personnel in your Retail outlet. 1. Procedure for ordering HBD Product from Clayton - stock vehicles only: • The latest order form must be FAXED or E Mailed to HBD – Clayton. (Refer attached). • HBD will book vehicle for work and confirm production timing via a reply fax or E-Mail. • If a delay occurs, Retailer will be contacted (phone, fax or E-Mail) advising reason and new timing. • If there are difficulties with the process call Robert Bevilacqua – Mobile 0418-532-520 with all the details and we can attempt to resolve any outstanding issue within a timely fashion. 2. Procedure for ordering Warranty or Service replacement HBD parts: • Same as the HSV procedure – contact Preston Motors on toll free number 1300 727 848 (Shaun Lacey) and Quote the HSV/HBD Identification number before ordering the required parts. 3.
