品管圈管理模式在医保管理工作中的应用

摘要:品管圈是一种有效的管理模式,把品管圈的管理模式应用于医保工作,将能增强医保工作人员的服务意识;增强医保工作人员的责任心和敬业精神;提高医保工作人员发现问题和解决问题的意识;有利于医保办形成学习型组织。本文通过成立品质圈小组;确定主题、制订目标;调查分析、剖析原因;制定措施、实施改进;效绩检验、活动总结几个环节,立足提高患者对医保工作满意度的目标,探索了把品管圈的管理模式应用于医保工作中。研究结果明确了影响患者对医保工作满意度的因素,制定了相关的改进措施,并明显提高了患者的满意度。品管圈的管理模式应用于医保工作是可行的,我们将继续探讨把品管圈的管理模式应用于医保工作,以改善和提高我院的医保工作。

Abstract: Quality control circle is an effective management model, application of which in medical insurance management would be able to enhance the service consciousness of medical insurance staff, enhance the responsibility sense and diligent spirit of medical insurance staff, improve the sense of finding and solving problems of medical insurance staff; benefit to form a learning organization. The present study aimed to explore the application of quality control circle in medical insurance management based on the purpose of improving the satisfaction degree of patients to the medical insurance work through several key steps including: establishment of quality circle group; determining the theme and setting goals; investigation and analysis; development of measures; testing of performance and summary of activities. Results of our study clarified the factors that influencing the satisfaction degree of patients to the medical insurance work and then corresponding improving measures were worked out. After new measures were implemented, the satisfaction degree of patients to the medical insurance work was significantly improved. In conclusion, it is feasible to apply quality control circle in medical insurance management.
