運動裁判員知覺技能評估及訓練系統之研究 －以排球裁判為例－ 摘 要 本研究目的旨在建立排球運動裁判員知覺技能之情境測試系統。本系統係透過對正式排球比賽裁判執法過程，實際測量執法裁判比賽過程的心跳率變化情形。同時配合實況錄影帶，歸納出容易使執法裁判心跳加速的比賽情境，並加以剪輯搭配電腦程式設計完成情境測試系統。受測者就所觀看之內容，以滑鼠分別操作判決的時機準確性與正確性。建立的系統經研究測試所得資料，以獨立樣本t檢定方法進行統計分析。結果發現，B級證照以上裁判在每回合贏球方判定及犯規性質手勢的正確性均顯著優於C級證照裁判（p＜.01），但在判決時機的準確性上則無顯著差異。本研究結果顯示，本系統可提高排球裁判的執法素質及區別不同等級的排球裁判執法知覺技能。後續研究應可依據相同原理，設計各項適合情境內容，推廣至其他運動項目中，以提昇各運動項目的裁判訓練績效，並增進裁判執法技術水準。 關鍵詞：裁判；知覺技能；比賽情境 The development of evaluation and training system of sport referee’s perceptual skills －example of volleyball referee Abstract The purpose of this research was to establish the evaluation and training system to improve the mental process of sport referee’s perceptual skills. This system examines the heart rate variation of volleyball umpires during the judging process in a formal game. With the live video, it collected the situations that can accelerate the referees’ heart rate. After film-editing and computer programming, this computerized simulating for volleyball referee’s evaluation and training system was finished. The participants were asked to use the mouse to judge the accuracy and correctness of timing while they were watching the tape. The collected data were analyzed by using independent sample t-test statistics method. The results indicated that significant differences were found between different levels of referees, for the referees with a license for B level or above had more accurate on judging than the referees with a license for C level. However, no significant differences were found in the accuracy of timing for different levels of referees. From the results of this study, this system can not only improve the volleyball referees’ judging quality, but also can distinguish the perceptual skills for different levels of volleyball referees. This system can also apply to other sports with the same method, and designed all kinds of situation with proper content into the referee workshop to improve the judging quality of the referees.
