精品论文 参考文献 左乙拉西坦单药治疗新诊断癫痫的临床疗效及安全性 黄适存 徐敏 　　（苏州大学附属第一医院神经内科 215000） 　　【摘要】目的 研究左乙拉西坦(LEV)单药治疗新诊断成人癫痫的临床疗效及安全性。方法　对45例新诊断成人癫痫患者进行LEV单药治疗,并进行开放性自身对照随访研究。根据发作类型分为部分性发作组21例和全面性发作组24例，观察其疗效及副作用。结果　LEV单药治疗后癫痫发作完全控制率20％，总有效率86.7％；部分性发作组完全控制率23.8％，总有效率85.7％，全面性发作组完全控制率16.7％，总有效率87.5％，2组间疗效比较差异无统计学意义。左乙拉西坦治疗期26.7％ (12/45)患者出现不良反应。不良反应主要有嗜睡乏力、头晕、恶心呕吐、食欲下降等，没有病例因严重不良反应而退出。结论　左乙拉西坦单药治疗成人各类型癫痫均有疗效，且不良反应轻，耐受性好。 　　【关键词】 癫痫 左乙拉西坦 疗效 安全性 　　【中图分类号】R969 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）08-0047-02 　　Curative Effect of Levetiracctam Monotherapy on Newly Diagnosed Adult Patients with Epilepsy 　　 HuangShicun XuMin 　　【ABSTRACT】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of levetiractam (LEV) as a monotherapy in the treatment of adult patients with epilepsy．Methods In this open—label self-control study，45 newly diagnosed epileptic patients received LEV monotherapy for 24 weeks．The patients were followed up for therapeutic effect and side effects. Results As for the al1 45 cases，the total control rate(seizure free)was 20％ and the effective rate(seizure frequency reductionge;50 )was 86.7％．As for the partial seizure group(n=21)the total control rate was23.8％ and the effective rate was 85．7％ ；as for the generalized seizure group( n=24)the total control rate was 16.7％ and the effective rate was 87.5％．There was no significant difference between the two groups．Twelve patients had tolerable side effects including sleepiness，dizziness，excitement and loss of appetite.
