精品论文 参考文献 左卡尼汀对婴幼儿病毒性心肌炎CK-MB及 c TnI水平的影响 1.鹤岗矿业集团妇幼保健院 黑龙江鹤岗 154100；2.鹤岗矿业集团总医院 黑龙江鹤岗 154100 摘要：目的 探讨左卡尼汀对降低病毒性心肌炎患儿血清CK-MB及cTnI水平的疗效。方法 将60例病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为两组各30例，治疗组给予左卡尼汀50～100 mg/kg，每日一次静脉滴注；对照组给予辅酶A 100U﹢三磷腺苷40 mg，每日一次静脉滴注，疗程均为14d。采用放射免疫分析法检测患儿治疗前后血清CK-MB及c TnI 水平 结果 治疗组和对照组CK-MB治疗前分别为（52.10plusmn;9.26），（51.94plusmn;10.72）ng /L，治疗后分别为（17.81plusmn;7.76），（25.12plusmn; 7.24）ng/ L（P＜0． 01）；cTnI 水平治疗前分别为（0.82plusmn;0.19），（0.82plusmn;0.21）U /ml，治疗后分别为（0.18plusmn;0.11），（0.37plusmn;0.12）U /ml（P＜0． 01）。结论 左卡尼汀可降低血清 CK-MB、cTnI 水平，对病毒性心肌炎有良好的治疗作用。 关键词：左卡尼汀；CK-MB；cTnI；病毒性心肌炎 Effect of L-carnitine on CK-MB and c TnI levels of infantile virus myocarditis LI liancui* LI jiabinDelta; （*Department of Paediatrics，Maternal and Child Health Hospital，Hegang Mining Group，Hegang，Heilongjiang，154100，China； Delta;Department of Urology，General Hospital of Hegang Mining Group Hegang，Heilongjiang，154100，China；） 【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the effect of L-carnitine on reduction serum CK-MB and cTnI levels of viral myocarditis in infantile Methods：60 cases of viral myocarditis were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases.The treatment group was given L-carnitine 50 ~ 100 mg/kg，once daily intravenous infusion；The control group was given A coenzyme 100U + ATP 40 mg，once daily intravenous infusion，The course of treatment was 14d.Analysis of before and after treatment in children with the method of detection of serum CK-MB and C level of TnI by radioimmunoassayResults：The treatment group and the control group before CK-MB treatment were（52.10 plusmn; 9.26），（51.94 plusmn; 10.72）ng /L，respectively after treatment（17.81 plusmn;7.76），（25.12 plusmn; 7.24）ng/ L（P lt; 0.01）；CTnI level before treatment were（0.82 plusmn;0.19），（0.82 plusmn;0.21）U /ml，respectively after treatment（0.18 plusmn;0.11），（0.37 plusmn;0.12）U /ml（P lt; 0.01）. Conclusion：L-carnitine can decrease the serum CK-MB，cTnI levels，has a good therapeutic effect on viral myocarditis. 【Key words】 L-carnitine；C
