精品论文 参考文献 左卡尼汀对维持性血液透析患者左心肥厚的影响 张霞 蒋晏 王景红 　　（遂宁市第一人民医院 四川遂宁 629000） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨左卡尼汀对维持性血液透析患者左心肥厚的影响。方法：本研究将接受维持性血液透析且合并不同程度的LVH及CHF的尿毒症患者按照随机数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组，其中对照组仅进行维持性血液透析治疗，而研究组则在维持性血液透析治疗后给予静脉注射左卡尼汀1.0g，对比两组治疗后临床和实验室检查指标及超声心动图检查结果。结果：两组患者在治疗开始时测定血浆中左卡尼汀含量显示均低于50mu;mol/L，两组比较无明显差异；而在治疗结束时研究组患者的血浆中左卡尼汀含量与本组治疗开始时比较明显升高，另外与对照组治疗结束时比较亦明显升高，且差异具有统计学意义（t=6.32、6.88，Plt;0.05）。而对照组治疗结束时血浆中左卡尼汀含量与本组治疗开始时比较无明显差异。两组患者在治疗开始时超声心动图检查的各指标比较均无明显差异，而在治疗结束时，研究组在LVM、LVMI、PWTH等三个指标上较本组治疗开始时明显下降，另外与对照组治疗结束时LVM、LVMI、PWTH等三个指标比较亦明显下降，且差异具有统计学意义（t=5.21、4.15、3.85、5.65、4.85、3.54，Plt;0.05）。结论：心功能正常的维持性血液透析患者左心室肥厚（LVH）多见，充左卡尼汀能够一定程度逆转心功能正常的血液透析患者的左心室肥厚，为临床维持性血液透析（MHD）心肌肥厚的治疗提供了一种新途径。 　　【关键词】左卡尼汀；维持性血液透析；左心肥厚 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）04-0123-02 　　 Effect of L-carnitine on left ventricular hypertrophy in maintenance hemodialysis patients and nursing experience 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of L-carnitine on left ventricular hypertrophy in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
