PCABS树脂及其阻燃制品燃烧性能研究及FDS分析 Study on the Fire Performance of the PC/ABS and the Fire Retardant PC/ABS and the Analysis on them by FDS Abstract: The improvement of combustion performance of PC/ABS after added into the phosphorus-based fire retardant BDP was studied. Fire experiment of the pure PC/ABS and retardant PC/ABS was carried out using the cone calorimeter, and the burning parameters of the two materials such as HRR, EHC, TSR, MLR, THR and TTI were gained. Analysis have been given to these parameters, the results indicate that the average HRR , EHC, MLR and THR of the retardant material respectively reduce by 30.89%、 23.31%、 10.1%, 29.02% and the TTI is put off by 21 s when compared to the pure material, but the output of the CO increases in some extent. On the base of CONE test, fire simulation of the two PC/ABS materials was carry out using the FDS software, and the results of the simulation were successfully gainedThe smokeview picture was obtained and the burning behavior of the material was directly watched. Comprehensive evaluation is that BDP is a relatively excellent kind of fire retardantAt present, experimental methods are widely used to evaluate the burning performance of materials, but the examples of using computer software to appraise the burning capability of materials are few.
