探讨前路脊髓减压植骨融合内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病的术后临床护理体会 王蕾 辽宁省辽阳市第二人民医院 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的 对脊髓型颈椎病 (CSM) 患者接受颈前路脊髓减压植骨融合内固定治疗的术后护理方法及效果进行总结归纳。方法 30例脊髓型颈椎病患者使用前路脊髓减压植骨融合内固定治疗, 术后采取常规护理、切口疼痛护理、保持呼吸道通畅、功能锻炼等护理, 对临床护理效果进行总结。结果 术后随访4个月6年, 30例患者临床症状均消失或较大程度缓解, 大小便控制情况良好。无并发症发生, 术后患者咽痛、咳嗽、咳痰等症状在37 d均恢复, 喉返神经损伤患者3个月后恢复正常。结论 颈前路椎间盘切除脊髓减压植骨融合内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病患者接受科学合理的护理能够提升疗效, 降低并发症, 恢复更快。 关键词： 脊髓型颈椎病; 脊髓减压; 前路手术; 植骨融合; 内固定; 收稿日期：2017-10-16 Postoperative clinical nursing experience of anterior spinal decompression with bone grafting and internal fixation for the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy WNAG Lei Liaoning Liaoyang City Second Peoples Hospital; Abstract： Objective To summarize the postoperative nursing method and effect of anterior spinal decompression with bone grafting and internal fixation for the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods A total of 30 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy was treated with anterior spinal decompression with bone grafting and internal fixation, along with postoperative routine nursing, incision pain nursing, respiratory tract patency, and functional exercise and other nursing. The clinical nursing effect was summarized. Results The patients were followed up for 4 months to 6 years. The clinical symptoms of 30 patients disappeared or relieved to a great extent, and the defecation and defecation were well controlled. There was no complications, and postoperative sore throat, cough, sputum and other symptoms were recovered in 37 d. Patients with recurrent laryngeal nerve injury returned to normal in 3 months. Conclusion A scientific and reasonable nursing for cervical spondylotic myelopathy patients treated by anterior spinal decompression with bone grafting and internal fixation can improve efficacy, reduce complications and promote recovery.
