精品论文 参考文献 扣眼穿刺法在长期血液透析患者中的应用观察 安徽省亳州市人民医院新院血液透析中心 236800 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨钝针扣眼穿刺法在长期血液透析患者动静脉内瘘穿刺中的应用效果。方法：将长期规律透析的40例患者，随机分为绳梯穿刺组和钝针扣眼穿刺组，各20例，观察6个月，记录2组患者穿刺点局部感染发生率、透析过程中穿刺点的渗血率、拔针后针眼出血时间、穿刺失败率发生的情况并进行比较。结果：2组患者6个月后，穿刺点局部感染发生率，差异无统计学意义（pgt;0.05）； 穿刺点的渗血率、拔针后针眼出血时间、穿刺失败率，差异有统计学意义。结论：钝针扣眼穿刺技术的落实，可降低内瘘穿刺失败的发生，降低透析过程中穿刺点的渗血发生，缩短拔针后出血时间，减轻透析患者穿刺时的疼痛感，提高患者在透析过程中的舒适度。 　　【关键词】动静脉内瘘；扣眼穿刺法；血液透析；护理观察 　　Application observation of button hole puncture method in maintenance hemodialysis patients 　　Wu Han，Cheng Li，Liu Fang， Zhang Ying-ying，Zhang Li-hong，Li Li。 Blood purification center，The Peoplersquo;s Hospital of Bozhou，Bozhou 236800，China Corresponding author：WU Han，Email：wxh168602@163.com 　　【Abstract】Objective To discuss the application effect of button blunt needle puncture method using in arteriovenous fistula of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Method 40 maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into rope-ladder puncture group and button blunt needle puncture group, 20 cases in each group. Record and compare the puncture point infection rates, the bleeding incidence of puncture point in hemodialysis, bleeding time after pull out the needle, puncture failure rates of two groups for 6 months. Result There were no significant difference between the two groups in puncture point infection rates after 6 months(Pgt;0.05); But the differences between two groups in bleeding incidence of puncture point in hemodialysis, bleeding time after pull out the needle, puncture failure rates were significantly.
