精品论文 参考文献 护理干预对老年抑郁症患者治疗效果的影响 王艳艳 王艳艳 吴玲 　　（青岛市精神卫生中心 山东青岛 266034） 　　【摘要】目的：研究护理干预对老年抑郁症的疗效。方法：选择2014年3月～2015年3月在我院住院的老年抑郁症患者60例，随机分为实验组及对照组，对照组给于药物治疗加基础护理，实验组在此基础上给于心理护理，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对两组治疗前、治疗2、4、8周末进行疗效评定。结果：两组患者在治疗2、4、8周末与治疗前比较HAMD评分降低，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。两组比较，实验组患者有效率高，且在治疗2、4、8周末HAMD评分较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：对老年抑郁症患者进行针对的护理干预，可取得较好的治疗效果。 　　【关键词】护理干预；老年抑郁症 　　【中图分类号】R473.74 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）09-0043-02 　　 Effect of nursing intervention on the treatment of elderly patients with depression 　　 Wang Yanyan,Wu Ling. Qingdao Mental Health Center,Shandong Qingdao 266034,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of nursing Intervention to the elderly depression.Methods Select 60 cases of the elderly patients with depression in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015,and divided into two groups of study group and control group at random,Control group was given on the basis of drug therapy plus care,and the study group was given psychological care on this basis.Adopt the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)to do the efficacy evaluation of the two groups before treatment,2,4,8 weekend.Results The HAMD score of the group of the patients with the treatment 2,4,8weekends is lower than the group of the patients without the treatment,and the scale of the study group is lower than that of the control group.the difference was statistically significant(Plt;0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with depression for the nursing intervention,can achieve better treatment effect. 　　【Key words】Nursing intervention; Elderly depression 　　老年抑郁症是老年人心理问题中较常见的一种,它是指在老年期（ge;60岁）人群的抑郁症。老年抑郁症临床症状不典型，更易以躯体不适症状就诊[1]。随着社会老龄化的加速，老年抑郁症患病率逐渐增高。本研究在药物治疗基础上，探讨对老年抑郁症患者进行心理护理干预的效果。 　　1.对象与方法 　　1.1 研究对象 　　选择2014年3月～2015年3月在我院门诊及住院的老年抑郁症患者60例,其临床诊断均符合ICD-10抑郁症诊断标准，HAMD17项评分ge;18分，排除严重躯体疾病及酒精、药物依赖。将患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组31例，男性16例，女性15例，平均年龄（71.2plusmn;2.1）岁，平均病程（11.2plusmn;2.2）个月。对照组29例，男性15例，女性14例，平均年龄（70.8plusmn;2.3）岁，平均病程（11.7plusmn;1.8）个
