精品论文 参考文献 探究临床护理路径在慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者护理中的应用 胶州市第三人民医院 266300 摘要：目的：探究临床护理路径在慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者护理中的应用效果。方法：采取数字随机方法，从我院2014年4月至2015年4月接收治疗的慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者中抽取60例作为此次研究的对象，按照不同的护理方法分为对照组级研究组，每组各30例，对照组患者采取常规的临床护理干预，研究组患者采取临床护理路径干预，比较两组慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者护理的效果。结果：研究组患者护理总有效率为93.3%，护理满意程度为98.3%，患者住院时间为（10plusmn;2.25）d，对照组患者护理总有效率为83.3%，护理满意程度为83.3%，患者住院时间为（13.59plusmn;2.0）d，研究组患者的护理效率、护理满意度极住院时间均优于对照组（P＜0.05），比较具有统计学意义。结论：对慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者进行临床护理路径干预，护理效果极为显著，护理满意度较高，能够有效稳定患者情绪，促进患者及早恢复，值得在临床上推广和应用。 关键词：临床护理路径；慢性阻塞；肺气肿；护理效果 To explore the clinical nursing pathway in the application of the nursing care of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema 【abstract】objective：to explore the clinical nursing pathway in nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema application effect.Method：adopt digital random method，from our hospital between April 2014 and April 2014 to receive treatment in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema extract 60 cases as the research object，according to the different methods of nursing team level is divided into control group，30 cases in each group，control group patients to conventional clinical nursing intervention，clinical nursing pathway to intervention group patients，to compare the effect of two groups of nursing care of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema.Results：the total effective rate of 93.3% the team patient care，nursing satisfaction was 98.3%，the patients hospitalized for d（10+/-2.25），the total effective rate was 83.3%，control group patients nursing care satisfaction was 83.3%，the patients in hospital time is（13.59 + 2.0）d，group patients satisfaction with nursing efficiency，pole length of hospital stay were better than control group（P lt; 0.05），compared with statistical significance.Conclusion：clinical nursing path intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema，extremely significant effect of nursing care，nursing satisfaction is higher，can be effective in patients with stable emotion，promote
