精品论文 参考文献 探讨中医治疗冠心病心率失常的临床效果 兰西县平山镇中心卫生院 黑龙江省绥化市 151500 摘要：目的：研究分析中医治疗冠心病心率失常的临床价值，为治疗提供依据。方法：整理收集2014年1月-2015年1月期间我院治疗的冠心病心率失常患者40例的临床资料作为本次研究对象，对照组20例患者采用美托洛尔进行治疗，实验组20例患者在对照组基础上加用稳心颗粒进行治疗，观察两组冠心病心率失常患者治疗效果及心率失常的发作次数。结果：实验组各项指标均优于对照组，Plt;0.05，统计学有意义。结论：采用中医治疗冠心病心率失常的临床价值较高，安全可靠，值得推广。 关键词：中医；冠心病；心率失常；临床价值 Abstract：Objective：To study the clinical value of TCM in treatment of coronary heart disease in patients with coronary heart disease，to provide the basis for the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods：collected during January 2014 and 2015，our hospital for the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia in 40 cases of clinical data as the research object，control group （20 cases）were treated with metoprolol for treatment，the experimental group 20 patients in the control group on the basis of Wenxin Granule in the treatment，observe two groups of coronary heart arrhythmia treatment effect and arrhythmia episodes. Results：the indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group，Plt;0.05. Conclusion：the clinical value of TCM in treating coronary heart disease is high，safe and reliable，it is worth to be popularized. Key words：Traditional Chinese medicine；coronary heart disease；heart rate disorders；clinical value 冠心病是指由于冠状动脉血管发生粥样硬化病变而引发血管阻塞，导致心肌缺氧、缺血、坏死的心脏病，主要临床症的状表现为心慌、呼吸困难、乏力及心悸等，冠心病还将导致心脏破裂、栓塞、心室壁瘤及乳头肌功能失调等并发症出现[1]。心率失常常见于各种器质性心脏病，是一种较为常见的心血管系统疾病，影响了患者的正常生活与工作，我院针对冠心病心率失常患者采用中医进行治疗，取得了明显的疗效。 1 资料与方法 1.1一般资料 选择我院收治的40例冠心病心率失常患者作为研究对象，40例冠心病心率失常患者的收治时间为2014年1月～2015年1月，将40例患者采用随机分组的方式分为对照组与实验组，每组各20例，对照组20例患者中男女比例为12∶8，年龄为30～72岁，平均年龄为（51.14plusmn;3.87）岁，病程为1～8年，平均病程为（4.11plusmn;1.36）年；实验组20例患者中男女比例为13∶7，年龄为32～70岁，平均年龄为（51.85plusmn;3.26）岁，病程为1～7年，平均病程为（4.10plusmn;1.32）年。 对两组冠心病心率失常患者的基线资料进行均衡性检验后发现，P值gt;0.05，差异无统计学意义，可对比。 1.2方法 对照组冠心病心率失常患者采用美托洛尔进行治疗，采用口服的方式，服用15mg/次，服用2次/d，连续治疗60d；实验组冠心病心率失常患者在对照组基础上加用稳心颗粒进行治疗，采用热水冲服的方式，服用9g/次，服用3次/d，连续治疗60d。治疗期间，观察冠心病心率失常患者的临床症状，检测冠心病心
