精品论文 参考文献 探讨中医治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床治疗效果 绥棱县靠山乡卫生院152200 摘要：目的：研究并探讨临床中医治疗妇产科慢性盆腔炎的效果及可行性。方法：此次研究的对象是选择入住我院接受治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者86例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并分为对照组和观察组，对照组主要采用西医治疗，观察组主要采用中医治疗，并观察两组治疗效果；结果：治疗组总有效率达到93.02%，对照组总有效率62.79%，比较两组结果，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：对妇产科慢性盆腔炎患者采用中医治疗效果显著，安全性高。 关键词：慢性盆腔炎；妇产科；治疗 Abstract Objective：To study and discuss the clinical effect and feasibility of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in gynecology and obstetrics department. Methods：the object of the study is choosing to stay in our hospital treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were 86 cases，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and divided into control group and observation group，mainly in the control group of Western medicine in the treatment，observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment，and to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results：the total effective rate of treatment group reached 93.02%，total effective rate was 62.79% in the control group，compared the results of the two groups，the difference is statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is significant，safe and high. Key words chronic pelvic inflammatory disease 盆腔炎即盆腔炎症性疾病（PID），系指女性内生殖器及其周围结缔组织、盆腔腹膜发生的炎症。2011年6月-2013年6月收治盆腔炎患者86例，予中医治疗，取得较为满意的效果，现报告如下。 资料与方法 2011年6月-2013年6月收治盆腔炎患者86例，按照西医《实用妇产科学》中相关诊断标准和中医《中药新药临床研究指导原则》相关诊断要点[1]，所有患者均确诊，年龄20～47岁，平均31.4plusmn;5.6岁；急性盆腔炎12例，慢性盆腔炎74例，排除合并有严重肝肾功能不全者、过敏体质及妊娠患者，所有患者均知情同意，签署知情同意书。86例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组43例，两组基本资料进行比较，年龄、病情、病程等各方面均无显著差异。 方法：对照组采用西医治疗，1000万U青霉素+0.5g甲硝唑，静脉滴注，1次/日，7～10天1个疗程，1个疗程后根据患者病情将青霉素调整为阿奇霉素或头孢类；治疗组给予中医辨证联合中药保留灌肠，中医辨证：①热毒炽盛型：金钱草20g，连翘、蒲公英、紫花地丁各15g，赤芍、桃仁、川芎、泽兰、川楝子、金银花各10g；②气血凝结型：当归、乳香、没药、蒲黄各10g，柴胡12g，丹参15g，肉桂8g；③血瘀寒凝型：茯苓、赤芍各12g、桂枝、桃仁、当归各12g，小茴香8g；日1剂，水煎至300ml，分早晚两次口服，10天1个疗程；中药保留灌肠：基本方：红藤、蒲公英、败酱草各30g，乳香、没药各12g，车前子、泽泻各
