精品论文 参考文献 探讨夫西地酸乳膏治疗化脓性皮肤病的临床效果 通河县人民医院 150900 摘要：目的：研究分析夫西地酸乳膏治疗化脓性皮肤病的临床效果观察。方法：此次研究的对象是选取2014年5月至2015年6月期间本院收治的78例化脓性皮肤病患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据用药不同将其分为对照组与观察组，每组各39例，对照组使用莫匹罗星软膏治疗，观察组使用夫西地酸乳膏治疗，观察比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组脓疱疮、毛囊炎治疗有效率分别为84.21%、95%，总有效率为89.74%；对照组脓疱疮、毛囊炎治疗有效率分别为68.18%、70.59%，总有效率为69.23%，比较差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；观察组金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌清除率分别为91.07%、71.43%；对照组金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌清除率分别为85.96%、50%，比较差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：夫西地酸乳膏治疗化脓性皮肤病临床疗效显著，金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌清除率高，值得临床推广与应用。 [Abstract] Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treatment of purulent skin disease Fusidic Acid Cream.Methods：the object of the study is selected 2014 2015 May June in our hospital during the period of 78 cases of purulent skin disease patients，the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and according to the different therapy as control group and observation group，each with 39 cases in each，the control group use of mupirocin ointment in the treatment，the observation group use fusidic acid cream in treating，compared with two groups of clinical curative effect observed.Results：in the observation group impetigo，folliculitis treatment efficiency were 84.21% and 95%，the total efficiency of 89.74%；control group impetigo，folliculitis treatment efficiency were 68.18% and 70.59%，the total efficiency of 69.23%，the difference has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）；observation group of Staphylococcus aureus，Streptococcus clearance rate was 91.07%，71.43%；control group of Staphylococcus aureus，Streptococcus clearance 85.96% and 50% respectively，the difference has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：Fu Xi sour cream in the treatment of suppurative skin disease clinical curative effect significantly，Staphylococcus aureus，Streptococcus clear rate is high，it is worth the clinical promotion and application.
