精品论文 参考文献 探讨妊娠期糖尿病新旧两种诊断标准对妊娠结局的影响 巴彦县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心门诊部 151800 摘要：目的：对比分析两种不同的妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）诊断标准对GDM检出率和妊娠结局的影响。方法：此次研究的对象是选择我院2011年1月至12月1820例孕妇为旧诊断标准组；2012年1月至12月1810例孕妇为新诊断标准组，比较两组孕妇GDM检出率、常见妊娠期并发症及新生儿并发症发生率的差异。结果：新诊断标准组 GDM检出率明显高于旧诊断标准组（Plt;0.05）；新诊断标准组妊娠期高血压疾病和子痫前期、羊水过多、巨大儿、新生儿低血糖等并发症的发病率显著低于旧诊断标准组（Plt;0.05），而糖尿病酮症酸中毒、新生儿发育畸形发生率两组无显著差异（Pgt;0.05）。结论：应用GDM新诊断标准可以有效提高GDM检出率，显著降低并发症的发病率，改善妊娠结局。 关键词：妊娠期糖尿病；诊断标准；妊娠结局 [Abstract] Objective：To compare the effects of two different diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）on the detection rate of GDM and the outcome of pregnancy. Methods：the research object is selected in our hospital from January to December 2011 in 1820 cases of pregnant women for old diagnostic criteria for group；in January 2012 to December 1810 cases of pregnant women with new diagnostic criteria for group，compared two groups of pregnant women with GDM detection rate，common pregnancy complications and neonatal complications occurrence rate differences. Results：the detection of new diagnostic criteria for GDM group were significantly higher than those of the old diagnostic criteria group（P lt; 0.05）；new diagnostic criteria group pregnancy gestational hypertension and preeclampsia，amniotic fluid too much，fetal macrosomia，neonatal hypoglycemia complication incidence was significantly lower than that of the old diagnostic criteria group（P lt; 0.05），and diabetic ketoacidosis，neonatal malformation incidence rates of the two groups had no significant difference（P gt; 0.05）. Conclusion：the new diagnostic criteria of GDM can effectively improve the detection rate of GDM，reduce the incidence of complications，and improve the pregnancy outcome.
