精品论文 参考文献 探讨胺碘酮联合常规抗心衰疗法治疗急性心衰并快速心律失常的临床效果 绥化市第一医院 152000 　　摘要：目的 研究并探讨常规抗心衰疗法联合胺碘酮治疗急性心衰合并快速心率失常的临床效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选取我院2011年2月-2012年8月期间门诊收入的80例急性心衰合并心率快速失常患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组与对照组，每组各40例。对照组患者给予常规治疗，研究组患者在对照组基础上给予胺碘酮治疗。观察两组患者经治疗后的一般情况。结果经治疗后，研究组患者临床总有效率为97.5%，对照组为72.5%，两组患者在总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组在不良反应率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论常规抗心衰治疗的同时联合胺碘酮治疗急性心衰并发快速心率失常的临床疗效确切，可有效缓解患者心律失常、心衰等症状，只要使用时严密监控，及时发现不良反应并采取对应措施，可显著提高临床疗效。 　　关键词：胺碘酮；抗心衰疗法；急性心衰；心律失常 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of routine anti heart failure therapy combined with amiodarone in the treatment of acute heart failure combined with rapid heart rate disorder.The object of this research method is selected in our hospital in February 2011 -2012 year in August 80 cases of acute heart failure with rapid heart rate of the outpatient income of arrhythmia，the retrospective analysis of the clinical data，and according to the different forms of treatment are divided into study group and control group，40 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given conventional treatment，the patients in the study group were treated with amiodarone on the basis of the control group.The general situation of two groups of patients after treatment were observed.Results after the treatment，the study group of patients with clinical total effective rate was 97.5%，72.5% in the control group，two groups in the total efficiency comparison，the difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）；the two groups in the rate of adverse reactions，no significant difference（P gt; 0.05）.The clinical curative effect of combined with amiodarone in the treatment of acute heart failure with rapid arrhythmia conclusion conventional anti heart failure therapy is effective，can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with arrhythmia，heart failure，as long as the use of close monitoring，timely detection of adverse reaction and take corresponding measures，can significantly improve the clinical efficacy. 　　[Key
