精品论文 参考文献 探讨药学干预临床不合理用药情况分析 鸡西市精神病防治院 158100 【摘 要】目的：研究分析对于临床不合理用药。方法：此次研究的对象是选取我院2011年6月至2012年6月的临床不合理用药的药学干预记录以及本院相关的用药和医嘱单来作为本次研究的资料。抽取门诊处方10000张，对于不合理的使用的药物进行分析。结果：本次研究，对于临床不合理用药进行药学干预，我院的不合理用药情况明显得到改善。药学干预之前，不合理现象为27.5%，药学干预后3.5%。用药干预之前相对于用药干预之后选药不合理和剂量不合理的现象得到了有效的控制。不合理用药干预前和干预后进行比较Plt;0.05具有明显差异，拥有统计学意义。结论：在现代医学临床研究治疗中，只有从本质上对临床医护人员进行药学干预临床治疗的不合理用药情况，方可以规范临床医护人员的不合理用药行为。只有这样，才能够控制临床医护人员不合理用药的情况，能够从根本上保障医疗水平的增强。 【关键词】临床；不合理用药；药学干预 Abstract：Objective：To study and analyze the clinical irrational drug use. Methods：the object of this study was to select the clinical pharmacy intervention records from June 2011 to June 2012 in our hospital，as well as the related drugs and medical orders in our hospital as the data of this study. 10000 outpatient prescriptions were extracted for the analysis of irrational use of drugs. Results：in this study，the irrational use of drugs in our hospital was significantly improved，and the irrational drug use in our hospital was obviously improved. Before the pharmacy intervention，the unreasonable phenomenon was 27.5%，and the pharmacy intervention was 3.5%. It is effective to control the phenomenon of irrational and unreasonable dosage of the drug before and after the intervention. Before and after the intervention，the intervention of the irrational drug use and the prognosis of Plt;0.05 were significantly different，with statistical significance. Conclusion：in modern medicine clinical research and treatment，only from the essence of clinical medical staff pharmacy intervention of irrational use of drugs in clinical treatment，we can standard clinical medical and nursing staff of the irrational drug use behavior. Only in this way can the control of clinical doctors and nurses not be able to control the situation of rational drug use，to ensure that the basic level of medical care to enhance the level of.
