精品论文 参考文献 探讨血糖检验中快速血糖仪和常规生化仪检验结果 黑龙江省森工总医院 150040 【摘 要】 目的：探讨并分析快速血糖仪与常规生化仪在血糖检验的效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选择2014年3月至2015年3月我院收治的糖尿病患者中抽取50例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为对照组（24例），试验组（26例）。对照组、试验组治疗前后分别给予常规生化仪和快速血糖仪检测血糖。观察对比两组检测的血糖值。结果：治疗前，两组患者空腹血糖（FPG）值与餐后2h血糖（2hPG）值对比差异不显著，无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）；治疗后，两组检测方法在治疗后检测出来的血糖指标较治疗前差异显著，有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；但治疗后，两组方案检测出来的血糖指标接近均衡，差异不显著，无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。结论：常规生化仪和快速血糖仪在血糖检测中均可以获得理想的效果，检测结果的准确性较高。但在操作上，快速血糖仪更为快捷、简单，值得临床的大力推广。 【关键词】血糖检测；常规生化仪；快速血糖仪 [Abstract] Objective：To investigate and analyze the effect of rapid blood glucose meter and routine biochemical analyzer in blood glucose test. Methods：the object of this study is in 2014 to 2015 to March 3 months in our hospital from diabetic patients 50 cases were selected，and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and divided randomly into control group（24 cases），experimental group（26 cases）. The control group and the experimental group were treated with routine biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose meter before and after treatment. Blood glucose values were observed and compared between the two groups. Results：before treatment，two groups of patients with fasting plasma glucose（FPG）value and postprandial 2H plasma glucose（2hPG）values compared no significant difference，had no statistical significance（P gt; 0.05）；after treatment，two groups of detection methods in the treatment of detected the glycemic index compared with before，the difference of significant，was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）；but after treatment，the two groups detected the glycemic index close to equilibrium，but there was no significant difference，had no statistical significance（P gt; 0.05）. Conclusion：routine biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose meter can get ideal results in blood glucose detection，and the accuracy of the test results is high. But in operation，fast blood glucose meter is more rapid，simple，it is worth to promote the clinical. [Key words] blood glucose detection；routine biochemical analyzer；rapid b
