精品论文 参考文献 支气管阻塞器与双腔支气管导管单肺通气麻醉的护理配合 周孟洁 四川省通江县人民医院 636700 【摘 要】为了全方位的研究支气管阻塞器与双腔支气管导管在单肺通气麻醉的护理配合，本文随机的选取进行过胸科手术的 200 例患者，所有的患者全部使用纤支镜定位引导置入支气管阻塞器或双腔支气管导管行单肺通气麻醉的方法，准确的掌握病人在麻醉期的护理方法及典型反应。在手术过程中有 140 例患者采用双腔支气管导管单肺通气，60 例患者采用支气管阻塞器单肺通气，确保所有的患者插管手术正常，手术中采用纤支镜进行定位后单肺通气效果良好。结果显示利用支气管阻塞器和双腔支气管导管的病人在苏醒期有躁动现象的分别有 10 例（17%）和 41 例（29%），术后咽痛声嘶的病人分别有 26 例（43%）和 110 例（78%），在苏醒期躁动和术后咽痛声嘶的发生率上可以明显看出支气管阻塞器患者低于双腔支气管导管单肺通气患者（Plt;005）。结果显示在医生对病人进行麻醉手术的过程中，采取一系列的护理配合方法是很重要的，而且纤支镜在手术中的使用具有重要的指导意义，应当加大力度推广。 【关键词】双腔支气管导管；纤维支气管镜；支气管阻塞器 Abstract ： In order to make a comprehensive research of the cooperation between the bronchial blocker and the double lumen buonchus catheter in the nursing of one lung ventdiction.In this research，200 patients who used to accept thoracic surgery will be selected randomly and bronchofiberscope will be use to position ， guide and place the bronchial blocker and double lumen buonchus catheter so as to complete the one lung ventdiction.Such nursing will help doctors to know clearly the methods to care for the patients during anesthetic and the typical symptom of the patients.During the surgery，there are 140 patients whose one lung ventdiction was made by means of double lumen buonchus catheter and there are 60 patients whose one lung ventdiction was complete by means of bronchial blocker so that the intubatton could be completed successfully.In the surgery，after the bronchofiberscope is used for positioning，the one lung ventdictioncould be completed normally.The result shows that among the patients whose surgery were completed by means of the bronchial blocker and the double lumen buonchus catheter，there were 10（17%）ones who became relentless after they came back to themselves in the patients who accept the first surgery and the number of the patients who accept the second surgery and became relentless is 41（29%）.Besides，the number of the patients who had a sore and coarse throat is respectively 26（43）and 110（78%）.The perce
