高校女职工预防宫颈癌知信行调查及其干预 何平 周瑶 吴涛 黄冈职业技术学院附属医院 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 为了有针对性地探讨高校女职工宫颈癌的预防策略, 在针对某高校565名女职工进行宫颈刷取材普查的同时, 对宫颈癌“知信行”进行问卷调查, 并进行统计学分析。结果在138份有效答卷中:对宫颈癌预防知识“与宫颈癌相关的高危行为”“宫颈癌危害及相关症状”“宫颈癌的预防方法”的认知正确率分别为69.2%、63.4%和69.6%;对宫颈癌预防产生信任的占60.1%;行动支持占87.0%。分别与在校女大学生及预计标准 (知晓率90%) 进行比较, 发现高校女职工的知晓率明显高出在校女大学生 (均为ρ=0.000) , 而仍然低于预计要求 (ρ=0.000) 。因此, 高校女职工对防治宫颈癌的知晓率仍然需要干预, 以提高预防水平。 关键词： 高校女职工; 宫颈癌; 知信行; 作者简介：何平 (1979-) , 女, 湖北黄冈人, 主治医师, 主要从事妇产科研究; 作者简介：周瑶 (1973-) , 男, 湖北罗田人, 副主任医师, 主要从事内科研究; 作者简介：吴涛 (1980-) , 男, 湖北麻城人, 主治医师, 主要从事内科研究。 收稿日期：2017-01-15 基金：2013年黄冈职业技术学院科研课题“社区育龄妇女宫颈癌普查的可行性研究” (2013C2022112) 的成果之一 Investigation and Intervention of Female Workers in College and University on the Prevention of Cervical Cancer HE Ping ZHOU Yao WU Tao Affiliated Hospital, Huanggang Polytechnic College; Abstract： To explore the preventive strategy of cervical cancer for female workers in Colleges and Universities, methods a questionnaire survey was conducted among 565 female workers in a college about the cervical cancer, and the statistical analysis was carried out.Results as follows, among 138 valid questionnaires for cervical cancer prevention knowledge and related risk behaviors of cervical cancer, cervical cancer risk and related symptoms, cervical cancer prevention method, the correct recognition rate is respectively 69.2%, 63.4%, 69.6%;trust accounts for 60.1% of cervical cancer prevention;operation support accounted for 87%.Respectively, compared with the college students and the expected standard (awareness rate 90%) , showed that the awareness rate of female workers was significantly higher in college students (all P=0.000) , but still lower than expected (P=0.000) .The awareness rate of female workers in colleges and universities to prevent and cure cervical cancer still needs to intervene in order to improve the prevention level.
