Abstract: Geothermal water is rich in Fuzhou. However, the water level of the geothermal water has de
scended and the heat resources have gradually reduced as a result of excessive exploitation. In view of
this situation, based on generalizing of the complicated geological and hydrogeologic conditions in
Fuzhou, a quasi- three- dimensional finite element numerical simulation of the geothermal water system
is made in the paper, The allowable exploitation is also assessed and predicted.
