精品论文 参考文献 标准三联疗法与序贯疗法根治幽门螺杆菌的疗效对比分析 贾甫 马坤（四川广元市中医院 628017） 【中图分类号】R573.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085 (2010)30-0056-03 【摘要】 目的 比较由泮托拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素、替硝唑组成的7日标准三联疗法与10日序贯疗法根治幽门螺杆菌(HP)的疗效及安全性。方法 将115例消化性溃疡或慢性胃炎且HP阳性成人患者随机分为两组。治疗组(58例)前5日先用泮托拉唑40mg，阿莫西林1000mg，每日2次口服，后5日用泮托拉唑40mg，克拉霉素500mg，替硝唑500mg，每日2次口服。停药4周后复查HP。结果 治疗组HP根除率为91.3%，对照组为73.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；不良反应发生率为19%和17.5%(P＞0.05)。结论 由泮托拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素、替硝唑组成的10日序贯疗法治疗成人HP感染的疗效优于标准7日三联疗法。 【Abstract】 Standard trigeminy therapy and sequential therapy permanent control pylorus luoThe spiral bacilluss curative effect contrastive analysis,——attaches 115 examples to report, Guangyuan Chinese medicine hospital (628017) Jia Fuma Yin principle [abstract]Goal: Compared with by divides the request to pull zuo, Arab League not Xilin, the carat mildew element, on 7th which zuo is composed for the niter the standard trigeminy therapy and on 10th the sequential therapy permanent control pylorus spiral bacillus (HP) curative effect and security.
