精品论文 参考文献 止凝血分子标志物在产后出血中的变化 曾覃平 　　（绵阳市第三人民医院检验科 四川 绵阳 621000） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨止凝血分子标志物在产后出血中的变化。方法：选取68例于2012年5月至2014年5月期间我院接收的产后出血患者，其中产后出血量为500-800ml为第一组，产后出血量gt;800ml为第二组，选取同期正常分娩的孕妇，产后出血量lt;500ml为对照组，检测两组的常规凝血指标及止凝血分子标志物。结果：与对照组比较，产时第二组的5项常规指标有明显变化（Plt;0.05），而第一组无明显变化（P＞0.05），产后第一组、第二组与对照组比较均无差异性（P＞0.05）；将三组产时与产后进行对比，可见第一组的D-D、AT:Ag、PAP比较具有显著性差异（Plt;0.05），其中D-D、PAP呈下降趋势，而AT:Ag呈上升趋势。与对照组产时比较，产时第一组D-D增高，AT:A下降，具有差异性（Plt;0.05），第二组的D-D、PAP显著增高（Plt;0.05），AT：A、TAT减低，差异具有显著性（Plt;0.01）。与对照组产后比较，第一组的D-D显著升高，TAT减低（Plt;0.05），而第二组的TAT、AT:A减低（Plt;0.05），D-D显著增高（Plt;0.05），产后第一组的AT:Ag高于产后第二组（Plt;0.05）。结论：AT、DD对产后出血所致的DIC能早期诊断，常规凝血指标如PT、TT、APTT、FIB、PLT在DIC早期诊断上意义不大。 　　【关键词】止凝血分子标志物；产后出血；变化 　　【中图分类号】R446 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）19-0076-03 　　Check blood coagulation molecular markers changes in postpartum hemorrhage 　　Ceng Qinping 　　Mianyang, the third peoples hospital clinical laboratory 621000 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the check blood coagulation changes in molecular markers in postpartum hemorrhage.
