精品论文 参考文献 氯丙咪嗪与利多卡因乳膏联合使用治疗早泄 龚志勇 唐铁龙 鲜述彦 邓显忠 崔曙 （四川省南充市川北医学院附属医院 四川南充 637000） 【摘要】目的 观察氯丙咪嗪与利多卡因乳膏联合使用治疗早泄的临床效果。方法　将符合纳入标准的106例早泄病人随机分为试验组和对照组，每组53例。所有病人进入为期4周的基线水平观察期，记录治疗前的阴道内射精潜伏时间（IELT）和性交满意度评分。试验组给予氯丙咪嗪25mg bid, 每次性交时局部涂抹利多卡因乳膏；对照组只给予氯丙咪嗪25mg bid。治疗6周后记录每个病人的IELT值和性交满意度评分。结果 治疗后试验组平均IELT与对照组比较明显延长(6.86plusmn;1.95min vs. 4.75plusmn;1.08min, Plt;0.001)，性交满意度评分与对照组比较无显著性差异(8.29plusmn;1.21 vs. 7.93plusmn;1.14, Pgt;0.10)。结论 氯丙咪嗪与利多卡因乳膏联合使用比单用氯丙咪嗪在延长IELT方面效果更为显著，而在提高性交满意度方面无显著性差异。 【关键词】氯丙咪嗪 利多卡因乳膏 早泄 【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）23-0088-02 Treat premature ejaculation with the combination of clomipramine and lidocaine cream GONG Zhi-yong, TANG Tie-long, Xian Shu-yan, DENG Xian-zhong, Cui Shu (Department of Urology, Affiliated Hospital of North-Sichuan Medical College, Nanchong, Sichuan , China 637000) 【Abstract】 Object: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the combination of clomipramine and lidocaine cream in the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE). Methods: One hundred and six patients with PE corresponding with the inclusion criteria were divided randomly into test group and control group including 53 cases respectively. All patients entered a baseline period of 4 weeks, and the intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT) and sexual satisfaction score before treatment were recorded. Patients in the test group were given oral clomipramine 25 mg bid and topical lidocaine cream every sexual intercourse, while patients in the control group were given oral clomipramine alone. Six weeks after the treatment, all patients were required to record IELT and sexual satisfaction score.
