It was noted that Holland should be replaced with Netherlands in future. 05.11 Matters arising from 05.10 There were no matters arising from either of these minutes 05.12 Status of Signatories It was reported that Malta had joined the Action. No contact has been made as yet with the MC Delegate Mr Ernest Cilia. The Management Committee agreed to the accession of both Malta and the Netherlands. 05.13 Status of Barcelona Workshop (There will be up to four invited experts) The Barcelona Workshop preparation was complete. Mr John Newbury was invited as an Expert. 05.14 Review of Workplan for 2004/5 Short Term Scientific Missions The MC has agreed the following six STSMs in the Year 2004/5 EPFL to Budapest Uppsala to EPFL Liege to Open University Barcelona to York York to Airbus DE ( subject to availabil
