精品论文 参考文献 浅析中医治疗呼吸道病毒感染后咳嗽的治疗效果 大庆油田让北医院 163000 摘要：目的：研究分析中医治疗法在呼吸道病毒感染后咳嗽的临床应用价值。方法：此次研究的对象是选取2013年1月至2014年1月来我院接受呼吸道病毒感染后咳嗽的患者90例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者采用西医治疗方法进行治疗，观察组患者使用中医治疗法进行治疗，分别以两组患者治疗前后的咳嗽症状评分和临床治疗效果作为观察指标，并使用SPSS13.0软件包对比较结果进行统计学分析。结果：观察组患者治疗后的咳嗽症状评分明显低于对照组患者，Plt;0.05，治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论： 观察组患者治疗后的咳嗽评分和治疗效果均明显优于对照组患者，从而说明了中医治疗法可有效改善呼吸道病毒感染后咳嗽的临床症状，能有效提高治疗效果，对于提高呼吸道病毒感染后咳嗽的临床治疗具有推广应用价值。 关键词：中医；呼吸道；感染后咳嗽；疗效 [Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the clinical application value of TCM therapy in treating cough after respiratory tract virus infection. Methods: the object of this study is to select 90 patients from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital to accept the cough after virus infection patients, the retrospective analysis of the clinical data, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was treated with western medicine treatment methods for treatment, observation of using Chinese medicine treatment method for the patients in the treatment group and in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with cough symptom scores and clinical efficacy were as the observation index, and package the results were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software. Results: observation group of patients after treatment cough symptom scores were significantly lower than the control group, Plt;0.05, the treatment effect was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: the patients in the observation group after treatment cough score and treatment effect were significantly better than the control group, which indicates that the clinical symptom of TCM therapy can effectively improve cough after virus infection, can effectively improve the treatment effect, has the value of popularization and application in clinical treatment to improve cough after respiratory virus infection.
