摘要本次设计的装置是扇形段，它是钢厂连铸机中不可缺少的一部分，起到二次冷却的作用。在经过第一次冷却之后，坯壳出结晶器后要经过二次冷却以将铸坯凝固到足够的厚度，这时就要用到二次冷却的装置，而扇形段是一种常见的二次冷却装置。二次冷却在整个连续铸钢的过程中起到至关重要的作用，所以扇形段设计的好坏是连续铸钢机生产效益的关键。连续铸钢机的主要结构有：①上下框架 ②从动辊 ③驱动辊 ④驱动辊压下装置 ⑤夹紧导向装置 ⑥二次冷水喷淋装置。每一部分都有着其独特的作用，只有保证这些结构都完美运作，配合无间才能达到更好的二次冷却效果，保证连续铸造机的产品质量符合市场要求。对本说明书主要介绍了扇形段的结构设计原理，各结构在整个设备中所起的作用，着重对连铸机的辊子，框架等重要部件进行研究设计，对扇形段的辊子进行研究讨论，尝试改善扇形段的结构合理性。扇形段的总体方案分析及确定步骤和过程，扇形段结构和零部件的机械图纸，数据的计算处理过程，结构设计结论。关键词：扇形段 辊子 二次冷却 连续铸造机Abstract The design of the device is a fan section, it is an integral part of the steel continuous casting machine, play the role of secondary cooling.
