精品论文 参考文献 消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血影响因素分析周劲松 洪江市太平乡卫生院 湖南洪江 418101 【摘 要】目的：对消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血影响因素进行系统分析，以期为临床诊疗提供指导。方法：选取2014年1月~2016年1月我院收治的125例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，其中29合并上消化道出血患者为观察组，96例单纯性消化性溃疡患者作为对比组，对两组临床资料进行比较分析，包括性别、年龄、病变部位、饮酒史、服用NSAIDs等内容。结果：通过分析，年龄、服用NSAIDs是合并上消化道出血的主要因素（P＜0.05）；性别、饮酒史、病变部位、血小板计数等不是并发上消化道出血的因素（P＞0.05）。结论：消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血和年龄、服用NSAIDs有着密切关系，在临床治疗中必须加以注意，以确保治疗的针对性和有效性。 【关键词】消化性溃疡；上消化道出血；影响因素 【 Aabstract 】 objective：to incorporate to peptic ulcer hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract system analysis，the factors which influence so as to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods：from January 2014 to January 2014，our hospital 125 cases of peptic ulcer patients as the research object，of which 29 merger in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage as the observation group，96 cases of simple peptic ulcer patients as control group，the comparative analysis on two groups of clinical data，including gender，age，pathological changes，history of drinking，taking NSAIDs，etc.Results：through the analysis of the age，taking NSAIDs is to merge the main factors of upper gastrointestinal bleeding（P lt; 0.05）；Gender，history of drinking，lesion site and the platelet count is not concurrent factors of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage（P gt; 0.05）.Conclusion：the peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and age，taking NSAIDs have close relations，must pay attention in the clinical treatment，to ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of treatment. 【Key words 】 peptic ulcer；Upper gastrointestinal bleeding；Factors affecting the 消化性溃疡是临床常见的慢性消化道疾病，上消化道出血是其主要的并发症，有较高的发病率。临床表现主要是黑便，对患者的生命健康带造成严重威胁。但临床上对合并上消化道出血的因素尚有争议，未能统一，在一定程度上影响到临床诊疗效果。为此，本文对我院收治的125例消化性溃疡合患者的临床资料进行回顾分析，报告如下。 1.资料与方法 1.1一般资料 将我院2014年1月~2016年1月我院收治的125例消化性溃疡患者纳入研究中，均通过胃镜、X线等检查确诊，符合消化性溃疡诊断标准[1]。临床表现主要是上腹部疼痛、反酸、便血等。排除心肝肾不全、恶性消化道病变等患者。根据是否合并上消化道出血分成观察组和对比组，分别为29例和96例。其中，观察组：男18例，女11例；57~78岁，平均（65.1plusmn;4.2）岁；对比组：男54例，女42例；50~70岁，平均（58.6plusmn;4.1）岁。
