精品论文 参考文献 清醒患者气管切口换药操作中的优质护理服务 古学秋 顾建华（通讯作者）（四川省德阳市人民医院 四川德阳 618000） 【中图分类号】R472 【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）22-0334-02 【摘要】 目的 对比分析0.5%碘伏和75%酒精用于清醒病员气管切开切口换药时的刺激性及病员满意度。方法 将100例清醒气管切开患者随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组气管切开切口外周皮肤消毒剂用0.5%碘伏，对照组用75%酒精，通过数字疼痛评分尺(NRS)结合评分脸谱图来判断消毒剂对切口皮肤引起的疼痛程度，进而比较刺激性大小及病员的满意度。结果 试验组消毒剂对气管切开切口周边皮肤的刺激性反应发生率明显低于对照组(Plt;0.05)，患者满意度明显高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论 清醒患者气管切口外周皮肤消毒用0.5%碘伏其刺激性小于75%酒精，病员满意度高于75%酒精，使用0.5%碘伏为清醒气管切开患者切口消毒能为患者提供优质的护理服务。 【关键词】清醒患者 气管切口 换药 刺激性 优质护理服务 Offering High Quality Nursing When Changing Dressing of The Cut on The Trachea of Conscious Patient GU Xue-qiu, GU Jian-hua, (The Peoplersquo;s Hospital of Deyang City Deyang Sichuan 618000) 【Abstract】Objective To compare the irritant of 0.5% povidone iodine and 75% alcohol and patient satisfaction when using them respectively on the cut of conscious patientsrsquo; trachea when changing the dressing. Method To divide 100 conscious patients who are cut on their trachea into experimental group and control group randomly.In experimental group, 0.5% povidone iodine is applied as disinfectant on the surrounding skin of the cut on conscious patientsrsquo; trachea, while 75% ethyl alcohol is applied in the control group. Then according to NRS and Face Rating Graph, to analysis the degree of the pain on the cut caused by the two different disinfectant so that to compare their medical irritant and patient satisfaction on the two disinfectant. Result The irritative response of surrounding skin of the cut in experimental group is much less than that in control group (Plt;0.05),and patients in experimental group are more satisfied than those in control group (Plt;0.05). Conclusion 0.5% povidone iodine is less irritant to the surrounding skin of the cut on conscious patientsrsquo; trachea than 75% alcohol, and patients are more satisfied with 0.5% povidone iodine .
