C030 塔板新型出口堰的实验研究 李育敏 王良华 姚克俭 刘炳炎 （浙江工业大学化学工程与材料学院，浙江杭州 310032 ） 摘 要 在塔板的出口堰上开孔，部分液体通过堰上的开孔进入降液管，越堰进入降液管的液 体量因而减少，使越堰液体的抛距变小，从而达到增加降液管液通量的目的。本文针对固定阀 塔板和筛孔塔板，出口堰上开倒梯形孔和条形孔两种型式的分流孔，对从堰上分流孔分流出去 的液量作了实验研究，得到了分流液量随气、液流量变化的规律。实验结果表明，在出口堰上 开孔，减轻出口堰负荷，越堰液体的抛距减小在 1.7%～5.0% 以上，当降液管液通量的上限是降 液管管口液泛时，降液管的液通量增大在 5%～14%以上。条形分流孔的分流能力大于倒梯形分 流孔， 固定阀塔板的分流能力大于筛孔塔板。 关键词 出口堰；堰上分流孔；抛距；筛孔塔板；固定阀塔板 中图分类号 TQ051.8 文章编号 EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON NEW TYPE OF TRAY EXIT WEIR Li Yumin, Wang Lianghua, Yao kejian and Liu Bingyan ( College of Chemical Engineering and Material Science, Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou Zhejiang 310032, China) Abstract Some orifices are opened on the wall of exit weir. Some of liquid into downcomer flows through the weir-orifices, and the other of liquid flows over exit weir. Therefore, liquid-throw over the weir decreases, and the downcomer capacity increases. The paper made an investigation into the liquid rate through the weir-orifices, with two types of inverse trapezia and long strip for sieve tray and fixed valve tray. The liquid rate through weir-orifices varied with the tray vapor and liquid rate. The experimental results show that the orifices on the wall of exit weir reduce exit weir load, reducing liquid-throw over the weir by over 1.7% to 5.0% and increasing downcomer capacity by over 5% to 14% when the capacity is restricted to downcomer entrance block flooding. The capacity of liquid flowing through long strip weir-orifices is greater than that through inverse trapezium orifices. And the capacity of liquid through weir-orifices for fixed valve tray is greater than that for sieve tray.
