代写论文 未取得稿酬 发文共享 对我国零售企业优化供应链管理的研究 ——以大润发集团为例 摘要 零售企业直接面向消费者，因此，在目前以消费者需求为主要导向的供应链上，它有着得天独厚的地位优势，但是，这种优势也就要求其拥有更高更快捷的供应链来满足消费者的需求。随着改革开放的不断深入，我国的零售企业不断发展壮大，成为全世界零售市场中膨胀速度最快的国家。但是，我国的零售企业也正面临着国外零售企业进驻中国的机遇和挑战，商业格局的巨大变化加深了零售企业对供应链管理的优化认知程度。目前，我国零售业的供应链竞争力低下，伴随着国外零售企业进驻中国市场，我国零售企业的市场份额被瓜分殆尽，因此，如何转变传统的经营理念运用现代信息技术将零售业各个环节更好的连结起来，建立一体化供应链信息系统，提高供应链的竞争能力对零售企业来所已经迫在眉睫。 本文立足于大润发集团的零售发展现状，查阅了大量相关的文献资料，对我国零售企业供应链的现状和存在问题进行了深入分析，并针对存在的问题提出了优化方法建议，希望能对我国零售企业的又好又快发展做出贡献。 关键词：零售企业；供应链管理；大润发 Abstract: Retail business directly to consumers, therefore, in the current consumer demand as the main orientation of the supply chain, it has a unique position advantage, however, this advantage also requires that it has a higher and more efficient supply chain to meet the needs of the consumers. But, our countrys retail enterprise also is facing the opportunity and challenge of foreign retail enterprises in China, great changes of the business pattern of the cognitive degree of retail enterprises in supply chain management optimization. At present, the supply chain competitiveness of Chinas retail industry is low, how to change the traditional management concept using the modern information technology will each link link up better, establish integrated information system, improve the competitiveness of retail enterprises supply chain to have already is imminent. Based on rt groups retail development situation, reviewed a large amount of relevant literature, to our country retail enterprise supply chain of the present situation and the existence question has carried on the thorough analysis, and put forward Suggestions on the optimization methods for the existing problems, the hope can for the sound and rapid development of Chinas retail enterprises to contribute.
