This paper studies the intelligent Home care mode, from the background, it is pointed out that the traditional family pension, pension, community pension difficulties, and puts forward intelligent Home care is a new pension model best suited to Chinas national conditions. Taking Wuhan H community as an example, combining with the status of the H community, pointed out the existence of intelligent H community endowment’s problem, aiming at the problem, combined with a number of domestic and foreign advanced theories and experience, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of intelligent Home retirement way in common practice in China.
