精品论文 参考文献 综合干预对白血病患者家属心理反应的影响调查 关忠 关忠 [摘 要]目的：探讨综合干预对白血病患者家属心理反应的影响。方法：对16对白血病患儿父母进行深入访谈，进行压力来源评分测试、抑郁自测、焦虑自测，据此进行综合干预，对比干预前后白血病患儿父母抑郁水平、焦虑水平。结果：据压力来源评分从高至低前五位分别为心疼孩子遭受痛苦、身体状况起伏不定、夫妻冲突、日夜担忧、无法预期的治疗结局；母亲在日夜担忧、生活照顾困难、夫妻冲突、人际交往减少、社会心理落差上评分高于父亲；干预前父方抑郁、焦虑水平分别为（78.2plusmn;15.9）分、（59.6plusmn;10.6）低于母方（82.4plusmn;10.0）分、（70.5plusmn;11.5）分；干预后母方抑郁水平（72.5plusmn;9.3）分低于干预前，父方与母方焦虑水平分别为（44.5plusmn;10.7）分、（64.4plusmn;11.4）分低于干预前，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：通过系统分析白血病患儿父母心理压力来源，进行针对性综合干预，可减轻父母双方抑郁、焦虑症状。 [关键词]综合干预 白血病 患者家属 心理反应 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2016.12.32 作者单位：255012，山东省淄博市，淄博市中心医院 作者简介：关忠（1968—），淄博市中心医院血液科主管护师。 通讯作者：关忠，Email：761195395@ Comprehensive Intervention Influence for Patients with Leukemia Family Psychological Reaction Guan Zhong Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effects of comprehensive intervention on psychological reactions of family members of patients with leukemia.Methods:Make in-depth interviews with 16 pairs of parents which have children with leukemia, sources of stress test score,self-rated depression,anxiety,self-test,whereby a comprehensive intervention,parents of children with leukemia before and after the intervention level of depression and anxiety levels.Results:According to sources of stress Rating High to Low top five were distressed children suffering physical condition fluctuated, marital conflict, worry day and night, from the unexpected treatment outcomes; mother worried day and night, life care difficulties, marital conflict, interpersonal reduce , score higher on the social psychological gap father; pre-intervention paternal depression, anxiety levels were (78.2 plusmn; 15.9) points, (59.6 plusmn; 10.6) lower than maternal (82.4 plusmn; 10.0) points, (70.5 plusmn; 11.5) minutes; intervention maternal depression levels (72.5 plusmn; 9.3) points lower than before the intervention, the paternal and maternal anxiety levels were (44.5 plusmn; 10.7) points, (64.4 plusmn; 11.4) points lower than before the intervention, the differen
