精品论文 参考文献 综合护理模式在新生儿腹腔镜手术护理中的应用研究 吕莎莎 　　宝鸡市妇幼保健院小儿科 陕西 宝鸡 721000 　　【摘要】目的：分析和研究综合护理模式在新生儿腹腔镜手术护理中的应用研究效果。方法：选取2014年2月8日至2015年6月1日我院行腹腔镜手术新生儿100例，根据随机原则对100例患儿进行分组，甲组新生儿手术护理采用基础护理模式；乙组新生儿手术护理采用综合护理模式，将两组新生儿并发症发生情况进行对比，并对比两组患儿住院时间和家长的满意度评价。结果：乙组新生儿并发症发生率低于甲组，住院时间短于甲组，家长满意评价高于甲组，上述各组数据间对比具有显著差异，P＜0.05。结论：将综合护理模式应用于行腹腔镜手术新生儿临床护理中，其可有效避免或减少并发症发生，促进术后康复，缩短住院时间。同时，也有效舒缓了患儿家长的紧张、不良心理，提升了其满意度，值得推广。 　　【关键词】综合护理模式；新生儿腹腔镜手术；护理；应用 　　Research on the application of comprehensive nursing model in the nursing of neonate laparoscopic operation 　　Lu Shasha 　　（Pediatrics, Baoji maternal and Child Health Hospital, Shaanxi Baoji 7210000） 　　Abstract Objective: To analyze and study the effect of comprehensive nursing care model in the nursing of neonatal laparoscopic surgery. Method: a total of 100 on 1 February 2014 June 8 to 2015 in our hospital underwent laparoscopic surgery in neonates were selected, of 100 cases of patients were grouped according to the principle of random and division of neonatal surgery nursing the basic nursing mode; group B neonatal surgery nursing the comprehensive nursing model, two groups of neonatal complications occurrence were compared, and compared between the two groups of children hospitalized time and parents satisfaction evaluation. Results: in group B, the neonatal complication rate is lower than the first division, the duration of hospital stay was shorter in the first division, parent satisfaction evaluation was higher than that of group A, the group of data compared with a significant difference, P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: it is effective to avoid or reduce the incidence of complications, promote postoperative rehabilitation and shorten the length of hospital stay, which is applied in the clinical nursing of patients with laparoscopic operation. At the same time, it also can effectively relieve the tension of parents, bad psychology, improve the degree of satisfaction, it is worth promoting. 　　Key words Comprehensive nursing model; neonate laparo
