研究论文 流动注射化学发光法测定呋脲苄青霉素钠 哈婧* 周培培 （河北科技大学化学与制药工程学院，河北石家庄，050018 ） 摘要：基于碱性介质中，在以铁氰化钾作为催化剂/发光剂，亚铁氰化钾作为发光抑制剂，无过氧化氢时，呋脲苄青霉素钠 与鲁米诺能够直接发生化学反应，建立了微量快速测定呋脲苄青霉素钠的流动注射化学发光分析法。结果表明，在最佳条 件下，呋脲苄青霉素钠浓度在6.49×10-6 mol·L-1~8×10-4 mol·L-1 范围内呈良好的线性关系，检出限为3.21×10-6 mol·L-1 ，RSD 为0.9% （n=11,C=5×10-4 mol·L-1 ）。本方法快捷、简便且具有较高的灵敏度，用于呋脲苄青霉素钠样品的分析，结果令人满 意。 关键词：流动注射分析；化学发光；呋脲苄青霉素钠 Chemiluminescence Determination of Furoylureidum Penicillinum Natricum by Flow Injection Analysis HA Jing ZHOU Pei-pei (College of chemistry and pharmaceutical Engineering,Hebei University of Science and Technology, Shijiazhuang 050018, Hebei China) Abstract: The chemiluminescence was directly produced by the reaction of Furoylureidum Penicillinum Natricum with Luminol in the presence of a catalyst without hydrogen peroxide.Hexacyanoferrate(Ⅲ) was used as a catalyst/cooxidant and hexacyanoferrate( Ⅱ) was used as as an emission depressor in an alkaline solution for the reaction, and then a novel flow injection chemiluminescence method for determination of Furoylureidum Penicillinum Natricum was established. The results shown that under the optimum conditions, the linear range of -6 -1 -4 -1 -6 -1 the method was 6.49×10 mol ·L ~8×10 mol ·L , and the limits of detection was 3.21×10 mol ·L with a relative standard deviations(RSD) of 0.9%(n=11). The method was easy and rapid with high sensitivity. The method was applied to the determination of studied drugs in samples with satisfactory results.
