精品论文 参考文献 脊柱侧弯矫形术应用丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼静脉泵注联合吸入异氟烷效果观察 朱 波 吴沁娟 谢先丰* 　　（成都市第二人民医院 四川 成都 610017） 　　摘 要】目的：研究与分析脊柱侧弯矫形术应用丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼静脉泵注联合吸入异氟烷效果。方法：48例脊柱侧弯矫形术患者在麻醉诱导后采用(1.5~2.0)mg.kg-1丙泊酚复合0.2ug.kg-1.min-1瑞芬太尼持续输注；同时吸入1.0~1.5%异氟烷维持麻醉，并间断使用维库溴铵维持患者肌肉松弛。待完成脊柱侧弯矫形内固定手术后进行唤醒试验，唤醒患者后采用丙泊酚复合芬太尼加深麻醉维持。统计患者手术和唤醒及苏醒时间；同时观察患者唤醒前、后心率及血压。结果：经研究发现，手术平均时间为(247.5plusmn;42.2)min、唤醒时间为(510.3plusmn;76.7)s、苏醒时间为(389.8plusmn;75.6)s。患者唤醒前、后心率及血压比较(Pgt;0.05)。患者唤醒试验质量均达满意或以上。结论：脊柱侧弯矫形术应用丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼静脉泵注联合吸入异氟烷的可控性好，同时患者临床生命体征平稳，且唤醒质量高。患者术中无知晓，且术后苏醒快，因此，丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼静脉泵注联合吸入异氟烷是一种理想麻醉方式。 　　【关键词】脊柱侧弯矫形术；丙泊酚；瑞芬太尼；异氟烷 　　【中图分类号】R726 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）6-0471-02 　　【Abstract】Objective：Research and analysis of scoliosis orthopedics application of propofol, fentanyl vein pump joint inhaling isoflurane injection effect.Methods：48 patients with scoliosis orthopedics after anesthesia induction with mg (1.5 ~ 2.0). The propofol compound 0.2 ug/kg - 1 kg - 1 min - 1 fentanyl continuous infusion.
