With the rapid development of bridge construction and attention on bridges’ security,? the disease detection for the bridges becomes more and more?important. In order to improve detection precision and work efficiency, the Bridge-inspect Vehicle is mainly used for the bridge’s flow detection and maintenance work in the foreign countries. Its made up of automobile chassis special device and control system. It offers platform units for workers at any moment to move to a suitable position rapidly and safely．It will not affect the traffic flow and can move slowly under the condition of not withdrawing arm stand. So it is a ideal equipment for testing and maintenance of the highway bridges. In our country, the development of the Bridge-inspect Vehicle is in the initial stage and the production development capability is very weak. By the end of last year, only two enterprises Bonhams and XCG have production capacity and the main equipment still rely on imports. Thus in the future, road maintenance testing special vehicles included bridge-inspect vehicle will have a very broad market.
