精品论文 参考文献 自然周期和促排卵周期宫腔内人工受精疗效分析 江苏省镇江市妇幼保健院 212001 【摘要】 目的 比较并分析自然周期和促排卵周期宫腔内人工授精的效果及意义。方法 回顾性分析2014年1月-2015年10月在我院接受宫腔内人工授精助孕治疗的133例妇女287个周期的临床资料。结果 自然周期组94个周期，临床妊娠数12例，临床妊娠率12.77%；促排卵周期组193 个周期，临床妊娠数26 例，临床妊娠率13.47%。促排卵周期组临床妊娠率虽高于自然周期组，但两组数据比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 3次宫腔内人工授精累积妊娠率可达28．36％(38／134)，但宫腔内人工授精的周期成功率并没有随着次数的增加而明显增加，周期妊娠率并没有统计学意义(Pgt;0．05)。结论 促排卵周期并没有改善临床妊娠率，如果3个周期人工授精并没有妊娠，建议尽早转试管婴儿助孕治疗。 【关键词】 宫腔人工授精 妊娠率 自然周期；促排卵周期 The effect of the natural cycle and ovulation induction cycle of intrauterine insemination Chen Xiao-fang.
