毕业论文（设计） 题 目： 系部名称： 经济管理系 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号 指导教师： 教师职称： 2013年月摘 要 近年来我国自然灾害事件频发，自然灾害的频繁发生对国家和社会都造成了巨大的伤害。城市由于人口集中、建筑物众多、经济发达，自然灾害的发生必将造成巨大的社会经济财产损失和受灾地区人员伤亡等不良后果。了解枢纽城市的现状和特点，并且对枢纽城市的应急物流体系的保障机制及其实现途径进行研究具有十分重要的意义。 本文通过对国内外现有应急物流保障机制的研究，对枢纽城市应急物流保障机制具体内容的选择和运用进行探索和评价，从而为自然灾害下枢纽城市物流保障机制的建设提出了积极合理的建议。 本文研究认为在自然灾害发生后，为降低其不良影响，必须采取一系列的应急措施和行动。在进行应急管理的过程中合理的利用枢纽城市应急物流保障机制，对于充分发挥现代物流的作用，实现物流时间效益的最大化，减轻经济损失、减少人员伤亡具有重要的作用。 关键字：自然灾害，枢纽城市，应急物流，保障机制 A Research on Safeguard Mechanism of the Emergency Logistics Hub Cities under Natural Disasters Abstract In recent years, Chinas natural disaster happened frequently, the frequent occurrence of natural disasters to the state and society has caused great harm. City population concentration, because many buildings, developed economy, the occurrence of natural disasters will cause social and economic property loss and the disaster area casualties great consequences. To understand the status and characteristics of hub city, and safeguard mechanism of emergency logistics system of hub city and its realization approach has very important significance to study. In this paper, through the research on the existing domestic and international logistics emergency safeguard mechanism, and the use of specific content of hub city emergency logistics support mechanism of choice and evaluation, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the construction of a positive nature disaster hub city logistics safeguard mechanism. This paper argues that in the natural disasters, in order to reduce its adverse effects, must take emergency measures and actions. Reasonable use of hub city emergency logistics support mechanism in the process of emergency management, to give full play to the role of modern logistics, to maximize the benefits of logistics time, plays an important role in reducing the economic loss, reduce casualties.
