北京某综合办公楼暖通空调系统设计 摘要 本文对北京某综合办公楼暖通空调系统进行设计，对于每一环节的设计，都要提出几种预选方案并比较各个方案的优缺点及进行经济技术分析，最终得到最优方案，来达到办公楼暖通空调设计要求。针对设计过程中出现的问题我也提出一些切实可行的解决办法并改善方案。 建筑对象为北京某综合办公楼，一至三层为裙房，房间类型有中庭、餐厅、办公室、配电室、IT中心，四至十二层以办公室为主，考虑到房间类型和使用时间，空调系统采用的是风机盘管加新风的形式，对于个别不需要新风的房间只采用风机盘管提供冷量即可。制冷机房单独布置，采用两台螺杆式制冷机组，由于冷热负荷相差不大，流量接近两倍，故分别设置冷热水泵，机房内有板式换热器进行市政热网与二次侧换热，用于冬季采暖供水。设计中有一些必须注意的问题，如风管水管的布置，风机盘管选型，制冷机房的布置是否合理，应结合实际施工情况来确定设计方案。 整个暖通空调系统的设计遵守了相关的国家设计规范，对配套设备的选择也查阅了大量的设计手册和样本，而且通过经济技术的比较，最终确定了合理的设计方案、设备选型，并完成了有关施工图的绘制。在本文中详尽地说明了设计原理和方法，涉及到的具体数据也都反映在了本文中。 关键词：暖通空调系统；系统设计；设计原理；节能设计；可持续发展 THE HVAC SYSTEM DESIGN OF A GENERAL OFFICE BUILDING IN BEIJING Abstract This paper on the design of the HVAC system of a general office building in Beijing, for every aspect of the design, I have proposed several preliminary scheme and compared the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme, made technical and economic analysis, finally get optimal solution to achieve the office building HVAC design requirements. In view of the problems in the design process, I also put forward some practical solutions to improve the program.
