精品论文 参考文献 补肾通腑法治疗血管性认知障碍机制探析 （1南京中医药大学 江苏南京 210029；2 江苏省中医院 江苏南京 210029） 摘要：目的:探析补肾通腑法对血管性认知障碍的改善作用。方法:系统查阅近年相关文献，包括理论分析和实验药物以及动物研究，收集补肾通腑法治疗具有统计学意义的文献资料。分析补肾通腑法在血管性认知障碍中的作用机制。结果:肾虚髓空、痰瘀阻窍是血管性认知障碍的基本病机，在补益肾精的基础上，运用通腑法可以醒神通窍、祛除腑实，改善认知功能。结论:补肾通腑疗法对血管性认知功能障碍的改善具有一定疗效。 关键词：血管性认知功能障碍；补肾通腑；中医治法 Abstract: Objective：Explore the effect of nourishing kindey and clearing Intestinal in TCM for improving cognitive function.
