小区物业管理系统 摘 要 小区物业管理工作流程的特征为工作繁杂性、多样化、管理复杂化、收缴费用与设备维护繁琐化。如今计算机技术突飞猛进，已完全能替代手工物业管理工作，而且更加准确、方便、快捷、高效、清晰、透明，它完全可以克服手工的缺点。这将给业务查询和管理带来很大的方便，大大提高物业管理工作的效率，这也是物业管理数字化、信息化的重要体现。 经过分析，我使用Visual Studio 2008开发工具，使用Access 2007建立后台数据库，根据C#面向对象、可视化的特点，首先在建设系统应用原型，然后，对初始原型系统进行需求迭代，不断修正和改进直到形成用户满意的可行系统。本系统界面设计大方、简洁、实用，操作简单方便,是一款完全适合普通小区物业日常事务管理的软件。软件设计综合了具有一定代表性的多家物业管理公司的业务模式和需求。能实现对小区住户、楼盘等信息的智能化管理，可以提高物业管理的效率。 关键词：小区物业管理系统，C#, Visual Studio 2008 ,Access 2007 DISTRICT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ABSTRACT As for the plot estate management that, its work flow numerous and diverse, the diversification, the management complex, capture the expense and the maintenance of equipment is tedious.
