提 要 目的：观察养阴利咽法治疗室性早搏的临床疗效，并初步探讨其作用机理。方法： 随机选择室性早搏为24h 动态心电图监测中室性早搏总数1000 次的门诊及住院患者 40 例，分为观察组（20 例）和对照组（20 例）。对照组服用疗效确切的步长稳心颗 粒，观察组以养阴利咽法治疗，4 周后观察疗效。结果：室早总疗效观察组总有效率 为 94.74％，对照组为 78.95 ％。观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；在改善中医症状方面， 观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：养阴利咽法可显著改善室性早搏患者的临 床症状，疗效确切，安全。 关键词 养阴利咽法；室性早搏；临床研究 The pharynx treatments for clinical observation of ventricular premature beat Specialty: internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine Author: wang yanmei Tutor: Professor zhang xuezi Abstract Objective: Observe the pharynx method the clinical curative effect of treating ventricular premature beat, And discusses its mechanism methods ：Random selection for ventricular premature beat 24h dynamicECG monitoring 1000 times total ventricular premature beat of outpatient and inpatient 40 cases Divided into the observation group (20 cases) and the control group (20 cases).
