摘 要 目的：观察宣肺涤尘汤对尘肺患者临床症状、体征、6 分钟步行试验及肺功能的 影响。方法：将 60 例尘肺病患者随机分为两组，对照组30例予以常规对症治疗，观 察组 30 例在常规治疗的基础上服用宣肺涤尘汤以宣肺祛邪、化痰祛瘀，疗程为 3 个 月。观察两组治疗前后的临床症状、体征、6 分钟步行试验及肺功能检查结果。结果： 临床数据统计分析表明，观察组显效率为 70%、总有效率为 96.7%，差异显著有统计 学意义（P0.05 ）。治疗前后及两组比较，观察组胸闷、憋气、咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛等 临床症状均有所减轻，差异显著，有统计学意义（P0.05 ）；观察组 6 分钟步行距离、 呼吸困难指数、血氧饱和度均有所改善，差异显著，有统计学意义 （P0.05 ）；FEV1% 、 FEV1/FVC 较治疗前及对照组治疗后有改善，差异显著，有统计学意义（P0.05 ）。 结论：以中药宣肺祛邪、化痰祛瘀方法组方宣肺涤尘汤加减，可以减轻患者的临床症 状，改善肺通气功能，提高患者的运动耐量，改善患者生活质量。 关键词 尘肺病；宣肺涤尘汤；6 分钟步行试验；肺功能 Clinical Study on Treatment of Pneumoconiosis with Xuanfei Dichen Tang Speciality: Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine Author: Wang Xing Tutor: Gao Jian-dong Abstract Object: To observe the effect of Xuanfei Dichen Tang on clinical symptoms and signs, six-minute walking test and pulmonary function for the patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods: Sixty patients with pneumoconiosis were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty patients in the test group were treated with Xuanfei Dichen Tang with principle of ventilating lung and eliminating pathogens, resolving phlegm and activating blood in addition to conventional therapy, while other thirty patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs, six-minute walking test and pulmonary function of the patients before and after treatment in the two groups were under close observation.
